Good to know

When is a tax audit generally required?

Under section 44AB, a tax audit generally applies when business turnover is above ₹1 crore (₹10 crore if cash receipts and cash payments are each within 5%), or professional gross receipts are above ₹50 lakh. It can also apply where a presumptive scheme is opted for but lower income is declared. Thresholds and conditions depend on the applicable year and law, so our CA always verifies them.

Is the result on this website a final opinion?

No. The website gives a preliminary indication only. Final applicability, reporting and filing are confirmed by the assigned Chartered Accountant.

Which financial years can I apply for?

You can choose the financial year while creating an application. The Assessment Year and the reporting framework for that year are set automatically and confirmed by our CA.

Is my data and are my documents safe?

Documents are stored in a private folder that is not reachable by a direct link. Only you and the assigned CA team can access them, and every download is logged.

Can I stop midway and continue later?

Yes. Every answer is saved automatically. Log in again and open the application from My applications to continue where you left.
